Bolt Energy Lithium Battery Kit for Club Car Onward & Tempo with Factory Lithium (FactorySync)

This Bolt Energy kit replaces the battery pack in Club Car Onward and Tempo golf carts that came from the factory with a lithium battery (LG Chem or Vanguard system) with a single Bolt LiFePO4 lithium battery (51V 60Ah, 51V 105Ah Square, 51V 168Ah). Every kit comes with a waterproof high-speed charger, mounting hardware and a Smart SOC (state of charge) meter.

Standard Kit includes:

• Bolt lithium battery (size you choose)

• 15 ft 12 AWG green lighted extension cord

Professional Kit includes everything in the Standard Kit, plus:

• 30-amp voltage reducer
• Two 40" 2 AWG premium installation cables
• 400A solenoid
• Lead battery removal strap

CAN adapter (FactorySync): These kits are for Onward and Tempo carts that came from the factory with a lithium battery. Each kit includes the Club Car CAN adapter so the Bolt battery talks to the cart like the factory battery did. The 51V 60Ah Professional kit (33-314HP) is for carts with the Vanguard system only (adapter 33-036). The Standard kits come with the Club Car CAN adapter and an EZ bracket (60Ah) or the standard mounting hardware.

Heated option: A heated battery warms itself when it is too cold to charge, then charges normally once it reaches about 34°F. The heater only runs while the charger is plugged in and shuts off on its own, so the cart can charge overnight in an unheated garage, barn or outdoors. Charge and discharge specs are the same as the non-heated battery.
