Our programs ensures your golf cart remains in optimal condition, offering a hassle-free way to keep your cart running smoothly. Explore both tiers of service, each designed to cater to your specific needs and not break the bank!

Tier 1: Bi-Annual Maintenance Program

Program Cost: $25.00 per month or $300.00 billed annually. For pricing on multiple vehicles, the first car is $25.00 per month, and $15 for each subsequent vehicle added.

Tier 1 Program Benefits:

Bi-Annual Preventative Maintenance: Under this program, customers receive a comprehensive service from our skilled service technician. These services are scheduled on a bi-annual recurring schedule. If the scheduled date is inconvenient, please contact the office in advance to arrange a reschedule. Customers are not required to be present, but their cars must be made available to our technicians. A service report, including any recommendations, will be provided after each visit.

Tier 1 service encompasses the following:

Tire Inspection: Tire tread and pressure checks.(Saving: $29)
Battery Health Inspection: Voltage, health, water level, and cables.(Saving: $149)
Visual Cosmetic Inspection: Body panels, windshields, and seats.(Saving: $29)
Brake Function Check: Squeal and proper working function.(Saving: $49)
Minor Adjustments: Routine changes or corrections made to improve the performance or functionality of a product, service, or system.

Free Loaner Car: While your vehicle undergoes repairs at our AGC Carts workshop, we provide a complimentary golf car as a loaner, subject to availability. You have the option to collect the loaner car from AGC Carts location, or we can arrange delivery to your preferred location for a $75 delivery fee.

Free Diagnostics: Should any non-preventative maintenance issue arise, we offer a free diagnostic service. However, please be aware that there may be associated fees if car transportation is required.

Also included will be a 20% Discount for Service Parts / Accessories used for your cart.

Tier 2: Bi-Monthly Comprehensive Maintenance Program

Program Cost: $50.00 per month or $600.00 billed annually. For pricing on multiple vehicles, the first car is $50.00 per month, and $35 for each subsequent vehicle added.

Tier 2 Program Benefits Include all of Tier 1 Benefits PLUS:

Bi-Monthly Comprehensive Preventative Maintenance Services: Our experienced technicians will perform a rigorous bi-monthly maintenance checklist on your car to ensure optimal performance and longevity. The technician will do a final test drive to verify the car is fully functional if any adjustments were made.

Tier 2 service encompasses the following:

Electrical Systems Inspection: Cables, terminal, starting system, wiring, charging system, lights, horn, turn signals, rear lights, reverse buzzer, controller function, switches, instrument clusters, wipers. (Saving: $149)
Mechanical Inspection: Steering linkage & tie-rod, suspension, axle, bolts, hardware, solenoid check, frame and roof integrity, check for underside leaks, and F&R selector.(Saving: $99)
Brake Inspection: Brake shoes, pedal, brake drums/discs, brake fluid, parking brake, linkage and connections.(Saving: $99)
Engine Oil & Spark Plug Inspection: Oil filter, spark plugs, engine fluid, air filter, gaskets.(Saving: $99)
Alignment Check: Visual, driving, and adjustment if needed.(Saving: $99)

Free Pick-up and Delivery: Should extensive work be necessary at our AGC Carts repair facility, customers will not incur charges for cart pick-up or delivery.(Saving: $50-$400)

30% Discount on Repair Parts and Labor: In the event that repair work is required, customers will be entitled to a 10% discount on AGC Carts regular labor and parts charges, with the exception of batteries.

5% Discount on Units: Should a customer express interest in acquiring a new vehicle, the customer will receive a 5% discount on the total purchase price, which encompasses all vehicles in our inventory as well as any additional upgrades or accessories selected.

Free Roadside Assistance: In the event that a customer’s car experiences issues and is accessible, our team will respond during regular business hours. Response times typically range within 2 business hours, but we guarantee service within 24 hours.

Flat Tire Replacement (Tire cost additional)
Tow to Residence or Business Address

•••• Commitment to Bi-Monthly Schedule: By participating in the program, the customer agrees to adhere to the bi-monthly service schedule. •••• Payment Upon Agreement Signing: The first payment for the selected program tier is due in full upon signing this agreement. •••• AGC Carts Right to Modify: AGC Carts reserves the right to make changes to the program's terms and conditions, and any modifications will be communicated to customers in advance. •••• Non-Transferable Benefits: Program benefits are exclusive to the specified golf cart and cannot be transferred to any other vehicle.

Cancellation Policy:
•••• Minimum Four-Month Commitment: Customers are required to maintain their participation in the program for a minimum of four months before requesting cancellation. •••• Advance Payment for Bi-Monthly Service: Each bi-monthly service must be paid in advance. Failure to clear payment will result in the suspension of services until a valid payment method is provided. •••• One "Last" Service upon Cancellation: In the event of cancellation, one final service will be provided, ensuring the cart is left in optimal condition.

Liability Disclaimer: AGC Carts and its representatives shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the customer's use of the golf cart or services provided under this agreement. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their cart is properly insured and complies with all local laws and regulations. AGC Carts is not responsible for any fines, penalties, or legal issues incurred by the customer during the term of this agreement. Arbitration Clause: Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules and procedures of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to waive their right to a trial by jury and consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of Georgia or South Carolina. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, and agreements. No modification or amendment of this agreement shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties.
