Bolt Energy Lithium Battery Kit for Evolution Golf Carts

This Bolt Energy kit replaces the battery pack in Evolution golf carts with a single Bolt LiFePO4 lithium battery (51V 105Ah Thin, 51V 168Ah). Every kit comes with a waterproof high-speed charger, mounting hardware and a Smart SOC (state of charge) meter.

Pick your cart model and battery above. All Evolution kits are heated batteries with the Standard Kit.

Standard Kit includes:

  • Bolt lithium battery (size you choose)
  • Waterproof high-speed charger
  • Smart SOC (state of charge) meter
  • Bluetooth receiver
  • Mounting brackets, nuts and bolts
  • AC hardwire port and AC hardwire DECO cover plates
  • 15 ft 12 AWG green lighted extension cord
  • Six 3/8" battery ring terminal connectors
  • Ten 10" tie straps
  • Owner's manual and Bolt Energy USA stickers

CAN adapter: The Factory lithium (FactorySync) kits (33-812HS and 33-818S) include the Evolution CAN adapter (33-040) for carts that came with a factory lithium battery. The model-specific kits are for carts switching from lead-acid and do not include an adapter.

  • Prismatic LiFePO4 cells, powder-coated steel case, IP66 rated, M8 terminals, Bluetooth receiver and CAN port for battery testing
  • Max continuous discharge: 250A; peak 520A (30 seconds)
  • Charging temperature: 34°F to 140°F (0°C to 60°C); discharge temperature: -4°F to 149°F (-20°C to 65°C)
  • 51V 105Ah Thin: 51.2V (working range 43.2V to 58.4V); 105Ah, 5,376Wh; 20" x 8.43" x 10.65" (L x W x H); 105 lb
  • 51V 168Ah: 51.2V (working range 43.2V to 58.4V); 168Ah, about 8,600Wh; 29.57" x 10.17" x 9.13" (L x W x H); 153 lb

How long does shipping take?

All items usually ship within 24-48 hours.  If an item is on backorder we will contact you by email within one business day (usually much quicker).

Please note that part availability has continued to be difficult since the COVID-19 pandemic.  It is getting better but continues to be an issue.  Most of our items are in stock but some of the items that are dropshipped do not allow us the capabilities to tap into our suppliers "on the fly" inventory levels.  We also sell items locally which makes it sometimes difficult to keep up to date on inventory levels.

Free shipping applies to all domestic orders over $2500.00. All Hawaii orders will vary, please contact before placing order. There are some items that do not ship for free and some items will have additional fees associated to them e.g. (lift gate, residential). Please call if you have any questions 706-627-0057.

UPS ground shipping

Please Note: Rates shown in our freight policy are for UPS Ground shipment method only, and continental U.S. only. Rate does not apply to Alaska and Hawaii. The free freight offer excludes drop shipments and international shipments and does not apply to non-standard shipments. The customer is still responsible for any accessorial fees (lift gate, residential freight, etc.). Free freight is offered once minimum order meets checkout price of $2500.00, no code required; valid on phone or online orders.
