Bolt Energy Lithium Battery Kit for Star EV

This Bolt Energy kit replaces the battery pack in Star EV golf carts with a single Bolt LiFePO4 lithium battery (38V 105Ah, 51V 105Ah Thin, 51V 168Ah, 74V 105Ah). Every kit comes with a waterproof high-speed charger, mounting hardware and a Smart SOC (state of charge) meter.

Standard Kit includes:

• Bolt lithium battery (size you choose)
• Waterproof high-speed charger
• Smart SOC (state of charge) meter
• Bluetooth receiver
• Mounting brackets, nuts and bolts
• AC hardwire port and AC hardwire DECO cover plates
• 15 ft 12 AWG green lighted extension cord
• Six 3/8" battery ring terminal connectors
• Ten 10" tie straps
• Owner's manual and Bolt Energy USA stickers

Professional Kit includes everything in the Standard Kit, plus:

• 30-amp voltage reducer
• Two 40" 2 AWG premium installation cables
• 400A solenoid
• Lead battery removal strap

CAN adapter: These kits do not need or include a CAN adapter. They are made for carts switching from lead-acid batteries.

Heated option: A heated battery warms itself when it is too cold to charge, then charges normally once it reaches about 34°F. The heater only runs while the charger is plugged in and shuts off on its own, so the cart can charge overnight in an unheated garage, barn or outdoors. Charge and discharge specs are the same as the non-heated battery.
